SAPH is a registered non-profit organization and professional association. We are a member-led organization for Saskatchewan’s Approved Private Service Home Providers and have chapters in Prince Albert, North Battleford, Regina, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Swift Current and Yorkton.
SAPH provides information, education, resources and supports to Approved Private Service Home providers and promote approved home development in the province. We inform, educate and counsel home caregivers and co-operate with the ministries that can help us work out solutions to any problems that may arise concerning the care of residents living in our approved homes. We advise government agencies of the needs and requirements of approved homes, working with public sector representatives or legislation and policies affecting approved homes.
Saskatchewan Approved Private Homes is a professional association that ensures respect & equality for all approved home service providers & residents in the province of Saskatchewan
To support, educate and advocate for residents and approved home operators licensed through the provincial ministries of Health and Social Services, our approved private service home providers work closely with SAPH and these government departments to provide safe and secure homes for the residents in their care.
